EZNGP fixed assets are designed exclusively for adult principals. A minimum age of 21 years is required for all primary residents and guests. Incase of family-oriented accommodations it is mandatory that all families adhere to silent mode protocol and composure; our suites are optimised for high-level negotiation, wellness, and professional residency.

PROHIBITION OF MINORS

To maintain the iron gate security standard and the acoustic integrity of the sanctuary, individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from entering the premises alone. This ensures that the specialised equipment, high-end finishes, and professional atmosphere are never compromised by the unpredictable nature of minors.

SAFETY AND LIABILITY MITIGATION

EZNGP assets often feature advanced technology, architectural edges, and specialised health equipment (e.g., for massage therapy) that are not "child-proofed." By enforcing an adult-only policy, EZNGP mitigates the physical risks to children and the legal liability of the firm.

THE NO EXCEPTION CLAUSE

In alignment with rules of consistency, no exceptions are made for well-behaved children or brief visits. Any Principal found bringing a minor onto the premises without prior, high-level written authorisation from the firm will face an immediate operational breach penalty and potential termination of residency.

VERIFICATION OF SOVEREIGNTY

During the $135 vetting protocol, all intended occupants must provide government-issued identification. Any attempt to falsify age or conceal the presence of a minor during the booking process is considered a fraudulent breach of contract, resulting in immediate forfeiture of all fees.
