VERIFICATION OF AGENCY

No individual or entity may claim to represent EZNGP or its Fixed Assets without a verified letter of sovereignty issued by the firm. All agents and partners must undergo a secondary vetting process before they are permitted to bring "High-Intent" clients into the EZNGP ecosystem.

THE SILENT PARTNER PROTOCOL

In accordance with EZNGP rules, partners and agents are strictly prohibited from discussing the internal operations, revenue splits, or security protocols of EZNGP with third parties. They are "Front-End" facilitators only; the "Back-End" logic remains the exclusive property of the firm.

COMMISSION AND FEE SOVEREIGNTY

• SALES: All agent commissions are pre-negotiated and governed by the Sovereign Inspection Fee ($3,000) requirement. No viewing is scheduled until the inspection fee is settled.

• REFERRAL: Agents referring principals for daily residency are eligible for a referral credit, provided the Principal successfully passes the $135 Vetting Process.

THE INTELLIGENCE FORCE INTERACTION

Agents and partners are briefed that when the Lead Executive is on-site, they are to defer all final authority to her. The presence of the EZNGP armed security detail is a reminder that while we value the partnership, the firm maintains total control over the asset's physical and legal territory.

NON CIRCUMVENTION MANDATE

Any attempt by an agent or partner to contact a property owner, host, or therapist directly bypassing the EZNGP corporate accounts will result in immediate termination of the partnership, legal pursuit for "Tortious Interference," and permanent blacklisting from the firm's network.
