EZNGP THE IDENTITY AND DATA PRIVACY SHIELD

DATA PROTECTION

DATA COLLECTION AUTHORITY

Pursuant to the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, EZNGP acts as the Data Controller for all information submitted during the vetting phase.

We collect:

  • Government-issued identification.

  • A biometric portrait (Live Headshot) for liveness verification.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Data is collected solely for the prevention of fraud, the safety of our property holdings, and the security of our high-profile guest network. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third-party marketing firms.

THE SWISS VAULT STANDARD

All sensitive documents are processed through an end-to-end encrypted pipeline. Once the residency is concluded and the final audit is signed off, the Company maintains a policy of Data Minimisation, where biometric records are purged from our active servers.

THIRD-PARTY AGENTS

Information provided to EZNGP is confidential. Third-party agents or brokers are not permitted access to your sensitive identification documents, ensuring your privacy is maintained even from intermediaries.

SECURITY AUDIT DISCLOSURE

IDENTITY OBFUSCATION - THE GHOST CLAUSE

Under our rule, your identity is a "State Secret." When EZNGP negotiates with owners or hosts, we use the firm’s corporate identity as the front. The Principal remains an anonymous "High-Value Asset." This prevents property owners from tracking your lifestyle, net worth, or professional movements.

THE DIGITAL AIR-GAP STANDARD

EZNGP fixed assets are equipped with a proprietary network "Shield." This prevents external service providers or building-wide Wi-Fi systems from harvesting the MAC addresses or digital signatures of the Principal’s devices. Your digital presence begins and ends within the suite’s secure perimeter.

PHYSICAL PRIVACY FORTIFICATION

The shield extends to the physical world. EZNGP prohibits any external photography or video recording by staff or hosts within the suite. Our Armed Security Detail is authorised to intercept any attempt to capture the Principal's likeness or the interior "Sovereign" configuration of the asset.

DATA SOVEREIGNTY AND ERASURE

Unlike standard luxury hotels, or rentals that keep "Guest Profiles" for marketing, EZNGP operates on a Zero-Residual Data policy. Once the "Forensic Integrity Audit" is complete after your departure, all temporary behavioural data (lighting preferences, climate logs, etc.) is permanently wiped from the suite's local memory.

THIRD-PARTY NO CONTACT BUFFER

The shield ensures that partners, agents, or therapists never have access to your personal phone number, email, or social profiles. All communication is routed through the EZNGP encrypted bridge. Any staff member attempting to bypass this shield to "connect" with a Principal is instantly terminated and blacklisted.

ANTI-SURVEILLANCE AUDIT

Before every residency, the EZNGP security team conducts a "Sweep" for unauthorised third-party recording devices (hidden cameras/bugs) that may have been left by previous owners or external parties. The Shield is not just a digital promise; it is a physical guarantee of a "Clean Room."
