EZNGP

MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN RIGHTS STATEMENT

SECTION 1:

ETHICAL OPERATIONAL STANDARDS

1.1 LABOR INTEGRITY

We strictly prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor in any part of our operations.

1.2 WAGE SOVEREIGNTY

All employees, including our tactical security teams and medical staff, receive compensation that exceeds the Living Wage of the jurisdiction of operation.

SECTION 2:

SUPPLY CHAIN AUDITING

2.1 PARTNER VETTING

We perform bi-annual audits of our car service providers, food suppliers, and technology vendors to ensure they adhere to the same human rights standards as our own firm.

2.2 REPORTING MECHANISMS

Any suspicion of labor exploitation within our supply chain is met with immediate contract termination and referral to the appropriate international authorities.

SECTION 3:

STATEMENT OF PRINCIPAL ETHICAL SOVEREIGNTY

3.1 ZERO-TOLERANCE FOR EXPLOITATION

EZNGP maintains a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking. Our "Sovereign Sanctuary" is built on the foundation of professional excellence; any form of coercion or exploitation is a direct violation of the firm’s core values and operational philosophy.

3.2 THERAPIST AND CONTRACTOR AUTONOMY

In alignment with our staff interaction protocol, all professionals including massage therapists and specialised service providers are engaged as independent, autonomous entities.

We ensure that:

  • Every professional is a vetted, legal adult.

  • Compensation is paid directly from EZNGP account to the individual or their authorised agency who introduced them to EZNGP firm..

  • All work is performed under the professional’s free will, with the right to decline any service that compromises their safety or dignity.

3.3 SUPPLY CHAIN INTEGRITY AND VETTING

We apply our iron gate vetting standards not just to Principals, but to our vendors and partners. EZNGP does not knowingly engage with property owners, hosts, or service agencies that fail to demonstrate compliance with international human rights standards.

3.4 THE INTELLIGENCE FORCE OVERSIGHT

Our armed security detail guards and Executive team are trained to recognise signs of coercion or distress. If a third-party vendor or partner is suspected of engaging in exploitative labor practices, EZNGP will immediately terminate the relationship and, where necessary, coordinate with relevant authorities to protect the victims.

3.5 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY

Principals are expected to uphold these human rights standards during their residency and any attempt by a Principal to exploit or mistreat staff or contractors within an EZNGP Fixed Asset will be treated as a material breach of the Sovereign Accord, resulting in immediate eviction and legal reporting.

3.6 CONTINIOUS MONITORING

EZNGP remains vigilant in auditing our operational footprint. We recognize that maintaining a "Fixed Asset" requires constant attention to the ethics of the people who maintain it. We are committed to evolving our protocols to combat the ever-changing landscape of modern exploitation.
