NARCOTICS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES POLICY

THE CLEAN SITE MANDATE

ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION

The possession, use, sale, or manufacture of any federally or locally illegal narcotics and controlled substances is strictly prohibited within all EZNGP Fixed Assets. This "Clean-Site" mandate applies to all Principals, guests, and third-party contractors without exception.

PRESERVATION OF ASSET SANCTUARY

In alignment with operational rules, EZNGP firm views the introduction of illegal substances as a direct threat to the asset’s sovereign status. Any violation is considered a "Hostile Breach" of the residency agreement, as it invites external law enforcement scrutiny and devalues the prestige of the ecosystem.

TACTICAL DETECTION AND INSPECTION

EZNGP reserves the right to conduct "Integrity Audits" of the suite. If security staff or automated systems detect indicators of illicit substance use (scent, paraphernalia, or behavioural instability), a tactical welfare check will be initiated immediately.

IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND FORFEITURE

Discovery of Discovery of illegal substances results in:

  • IMMEDIATE REVOCATION OF SOVEREIGNTY: The Principal and all guests will be extracted from the premises instantly by EZNGP security.

  • FINANCIAL FORFEITURE: All security deposits and remaining booking fees are forfeited as "Liquidated Damages" for the breach of the sanctuary standard.

  • PERMANENT BLACKLISTING: The offending party is permanently banned from the EZNGP global network.

REPORTING AND LIABILITY

EZNGP operates with total discretion, but we will not act as a shield for criminal liability. In the event of a narcotics-related emergency or police intervention, the firm will prioritise the protection of the fixed asset and its corporate reputation over the privacy of the violating principal.

ZERO-TOLERANCE MANDATE

Management reserves the right to deploy K9 units or electronic scent detection in common areas and perimeters.

STAFF REPORTING

All staff are contractually mandated to report any suspicion of illegal substance presence immediately.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA

Usage is only permitted if accompanied by a locally verified medical prescription and pre-cleared by our Medical Unit.

PARAPHERNALIA

Discovery of drug-related paraphernalia constitutes a material breach of contract.

IMMEDIATE EVICTION

Detection of illegal substances results in immediate removal from the asset without refund.

LAW ENFORCEMENT LIAISON

We maintain a direct line to local authorities; all illegal activity will be reported officially.

CLEANING SURCHARGE

Any chemical residue requiring specialised deep-cleaning will incur a minimum $10,000 fee.

DELIVERY SCRUTINY

All incoming packages are subject to X-ray or physical inspection by security.

GUEST LIABILITY

The primary principal is legally responsible for the actions of all guests within their suite.

INDEMNIFICATION

The firm EZNGP is held harmless for any legal actions taken against the guest regarding substance abuse.

PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

All high-level prescription medications must be kept in their original packaging.

SUBSTANCE MISUSE

Misuse of legal substances (e.g., alcohol, prescription meds) resulting in property damage is a breach subject to minimum $5,000 fee.

RECORD KEEPING

Any incident involving narcotics is documented and shared with our international legal counsel for immediate action.
