STRATEGIC PARTNER VETTING
EZNGP does not accept all partners. In accordance with our Negotiation & Real Estate standards, every partner undergoes a background integrity check. We only align with entities that respect the Sovereign Sanctuary model and the Identity Shield protocol.
ASSET MANAGEMENT AND IRON GATE
Partners are expected to maintain their property to the "Fixed Asset" standard defined by EZNGP. This includes:
STRUCTURAL SOVEREIGNTY: Ensuring the physical security of the suite is uncompromised.
SERVICE COORDINATION: Partners must cooperate with the Armed Security Detail and allow for the Executive Liaison to manage all in-suite services (e.g., bringing massage therapists to the client).
INFORMATION CONTROL NEED-TO-KNOW
Partners are granted access to the Partner Portal, but information is partitioned. You will receive data regarding asset performance and maintenance schedules, but never the private identities, or digital footprints of the Principals residing within your property.
THE SOVEREIGN RESET MANDATE
Partners must agree to the EZNGP "Zero-Trace" maintenance schedule. After a Principal vacates, the asset must be professionally "Reset" to its original, pristine state within a 4-hour window, ensuring it is ready for the next high-value residency without delay.
DISPUTE AND YIELD MANAGEMENT
Any dispute regarding asset usage or maintenance are handled through the Sovereign Dispute Resolution Protocol (Private Arbitration). We focus on maintaining the asset's yield and reputation over public legal battles.
PARTNERS SUPPORT AND TRAINING
EZNGP provides partners with "Strategic Intel" on how to optimise their suites for elite travellers. This includes training on our high-spec tech integrations and the behavioural expectations of our Staff Interaction Policy charges applied.

1.1. UNILATERAL CONTROL
The firm maintains absolute decision-making power over all asset deployments, pricing, and guest selection. Investors provide capital; the Firm provides the "Sovereign" result.
1.2. EQUITY SEPARATION
Passive investment does not grant operational access. The Firm operates as a "Blind Trust" manager to protect the portfolio’s tactical secrets.
1.3. DIVIDEND PRIORITY
Yields are disbursed only after the "Sovereign Reserve" (maintenance and security fund) has been fully satisfied.
1.4. VETTING OF CAPITAL
We do not accept "blind" funds. All investors must pass the same Tier-1 KYC (Know Your Customer) vetting as our principals.
1.5. NO-INTERFERENCE CLAUSE
Any attempt by an investor to influence staff or change property protocols results in an immediate buyout and termination of the partnership.

2.1. SUBORDINATE STATUS
External property managers are treated as "Technical Contractors." You report to EZNGP; we do not report to you.
2.2.THE SHADOW BRAND
No manager is permitted to display their own branding within the asset. All signage, stationery, and uniforms are strictly the Firm’s "Sovereign" identity.
2.3. INVENTORY SOVEREIGNTY
The firm maintains a digital twin of every asset’s inventory. Any missing item is deducted from the manager’s performance bond within 24 hours.
2.4. STAFF ERASURE
Mangers must rotate staff at our discretion. We prevent "familiarity" to ensure loyalty remains with the Firm, not the staff.
2.5. THE SPOT CHECK PROTOCOL
The firm conducts unannounced "Tactical Audits" at 03:00 or 15:00. Failure to meet the 100% "White-Glove" standard results in immediate contract forfeiture.

3.1. CENTRALISED CLOSING
No partner or agent, or manager is authorised to sign a residency contract. Only the Principal Negotiator EZNGP holds the seal of authority.
3.2.LEAD OWNERSHIP
Any lead generated by a partner becomes the exclusive property of EZNGP Firm’s database. Partners are compensated for the introduction, not the relationship.
3.3. THE NON-DISCLOSURE BARRIER
Partners are granted "Need-to-Know" information only. Detailed security layouts and owner identities are never disclosed to third parties.
3.4. COMMISSION CLAWBACK
If a partner’s introduced client violates the "Residence Policy," the partner’s commission is forfeited to cover EZNGP Firm’s legal and restorative costs.
3.5. TERMINATION POWER
The firm EZNGP reserves the right to terminate any partnership without cause, provided a 30-day "Disengagement Notice" is issued.
