For "Sovereign Tier" acquisitions, proof of liquidity or institutional backing is required. These documents are viewed once and purged from active servers within 12 hours.

SECTION 4:

THE "SHADOW" CLAUSE (ERASURE)

4.1 RIGHT TO OBLIVION

Upon the completion of a residency, a principal may trigger the "Shadow Clause," which mandates the immediate and permanent deletion of all communications, booking history, and preferences from our digital architecture.

SECTION 5:

THE VAULT MANDATE

4.1 THE ANONYMITY STANDARD

In accordance with our rules, EZNGP prioritises the anonymity of the Principal. Your presence within a Fixed Asset is a "Ghost State." We do not sell, trade, or leak the identities of our residents to marketing entities, external hosts, or third-party vendors.

4.2 DATA SOVEREIGNTY AND OWNERSHIP

All data generated within an EZNGP Fixed Asset including security logs, biometric entry data, and internal network traffic is the exclusive property of EZNGP. We do not share this data with "Partners" or "Agents." It is held in our private "Vault" to ensure that no external entity can map the habits or movements of a Principal.

4.3 SURVEILLANCE AND DIGITAL BOUNDARIES

While the iron gate security protocol utilizes advanced monitoring for asset protection and life-safety (as outlined in the Emergency Protocol), this data is encrypted and partitioned. It is accessed only in the event of a policy breach or physical emergency. We do not monitor the private content of a Principal's work or negotiations.

4.4 NON- DISCLOSURE OF THE PROCESS

Privacy is a two way street just as we protect the Principal’s data, the Principal is prohibited from capturing or sharing images, videos, or digital "footprints" of the suite’s specialised security hardware or proprietary EZNGP operational tech. To do so is a breach of the Sovereign Accord.

4.5 TACTICAL DELETION PROTOCOL

Upon the successful conclusion of a residency and a "Clear" status from the Forensic Integrity Audit, EZNGP initiates a tactical purge of non-essential guest data. We retain only what is legally required to defend the firm's sovereignty and financial records.

4.6 GOVERNMENT AND LEGAL INQUIRIES

As a sovereign minded entity, EZNGP does not volunteer information. EZNGP only comply with data requests that are backed by a mandatory, verified legal warrant that meets the highest jurisdictional scrutiny even then, we notify the Principal's legal counsel if doing so does not compromise the firm’s safety.
