The physical well-being of our occupants is our highest priority.
OBSERVATION PROTOCOL
Staff are trained to observe behavioural indicators that suggest a risk to the principal’s safety.
MEDICAL UNIT INTERVENTION
Our on-site medical unit is equipped to provide stabilisation in the event of self-harm incident.
THIRD-PARTY CONTACT
We reserve the right to contact the "Emergency Liaison" listed in the vetting form if a risk is detected.
LIABILITY WAIVER
The firm is not liable for self-inflicted injuries occurring within the private sectors of the residence.
SUPPORT RESOURCES
We may provide a confidential list of local, high-level psychological professionals upon request.
PROPERTY SAFTEY
Our residential suites are designed with safety glass and a secure fixtures to minimise risk.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All mental health concerns are handled with absolute discretion under the "Shadow Protocol."
STAFF ASSISTANCE
Guests may request wellness checks at specific intervals via the official WhatsApp channel
INTERVENTION RIGHTS
In life-threatening scenarios, security is authorised to breach any sector of the residence.
POST-INCIDENT PROTOCOL
Following an event, the occupancy may be terminated to ensure the guest receives hospital grade care.
REPORTING
Internal logs of wellness checks are kept for legal protection but are never made public.
NO STAFFING FRATERNISATION
Guests may not utilise staff as personal therapists. All aid must remain professional.
ENVIRONMENT CONTROL
We can remove specific items (sharp objects, etc.) from the suite prior to arrival upon request.
SOVEREIGN DISCRETION
EZNGP management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest appearing in acute psychological distress.
STABILITY MANAGEMENT ELABORATION
STABILITY REQUIREMENT
Access to an EZNGP residential suites is a privilege reserved for those who can maintain the sovereign standard. We reserve the right to deny or terminate residency if a principal’s mental state poses a direct threat to the sanctuary’s operational peace or their own life.
MANDATORY WELLNESS DISCLOSURE
While EZNGP respect the rule of not sharing everything, principals must affirm their current mental stability during the vetting process. Concealing a high-risk psychological condition that leads to a crisis on-site is considered a material breach of the residency contract.
IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION AND WELFARE CHECKS
If digital monitoring (e.g., prolonged inactivity in a live suite) or staff observations suggest a self-harm risk
TACTICAL WELFARE CHECKS: EZNGP security will perform a silent, respectful, but immediate entry.
PROFESSIONAL EXTRACTION: We do not attempt to treat the individual; we may facilitate immediate extraction to a private medical facility to ensure the asset is vacated and the individual is secured.
ASSET SANITISATION AND INDEMNITY
Any costs associated with emergency responses, specialised cleaning, or bad-will mitigation following a mental health crisis are the sole financial responsibility of the Principal. The fixed asset must be restored to its pristine state immediately.
